Founded in 2018, Kkerelé is a Lagos-based design studio interested in how mindful craft informs mindful living. They bring this sensibility to their range of footwear. Informed by the long history of African leather production, their signature footwear pieces embrace the material's versatility by exploring simple yet bold forms. Departing from largely gendered notions of symmetry in footwear design, Kkerelé’s shoes and sandals allow everyone to add a bit of adventure, play, and mystery to their wardrobes.
